If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within seven days of the original purchase of the product. Digital downloads we do not issue refunds.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last seven days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please contact us before you send the product, we can not accept products at FastFlash Photography. We must contact our fulfillment center with any concerns you may have. The fulfillment center may require that you send the item(s) directly to them. When contacting us, please provide as much information as you can about the defect. If possible, please attach an image of the problem. If the item got damaged in shipping, you must immediately upon receiving the item contact the shipping company to see how they want to take care of the damage they caused.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
All shipments will be delivered via US mail, UPS or FedEx within 2-3 weeks for direct orders placed through our website. All shipments are handled through our partnered fulfillment center.
Discounted Sale items
Unfortunately, discounted sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be compensated for a defective product.
